You will be responsible for developing international customer relationships and introducing communication solutions that help customers overcome language barriers when working with overseas partners.

Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Alibaba, Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant channels. Focus on customer groups who frequently communicate or work with international markets, including business owners, freelancers, office professionals, frequent travelers/business travelers, language learners, and cross-border sellers on Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, etc. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including prospects who may not be ready to purchase immediately.

Understand customers needs and challenges when communicating with international clients or partners. Introduce and demonstrate the voice-translation chat solution based on each customer's specific needs. Consult customers on the most suitable product package and support them throughout the registration process. Product price: USD 179/year. Use a free product account provided by the company to experience the solution and conduct product demonstrations with customers.

Track the customer journey from Lead Generation Needs Analysis Product Demo Registration After-Sales Support. Provide timely support and guidance throughout the customer's product experience. Maintain long-term customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and renewal rates.

Identify and build relationships with suitable Collaborators/Affiliates to expand customer reach. Introduce partners to the product and provide guidance on the customer referral process.
